Angel’s Share Fundraiser—Bourbon Flight & Case
 
 

Angel's Share:  Bourbon flight $120

The Rotary Club of Carpentersville presents our latest bourbon tasting flight (9) and Proof Case (1). The "Angel's Share" is what distillers call the portion of the barrel that evaporates during aging—and is for the angels. We wanted to create a special kit for the angels in our community that continually support our fundraising efforts.
