Martina Mathisen spoke to our club (Wednesday September 21, 2011) about her amazing ability to create ideal business contacts through effective customer appreciation. A little extra effort can go a long way. The great thing is, is that her principals can be applied to any aspects in life that involves generating relationships and general interactions with other people.

The idea of a more personalized attempt when showing appreciation or even just acknowledging someone’s effort more times than not will have a positive impact on the people receiving the appreciation/acknowledgement. That positive impact can go along way when it comes to them making future decision, referrals and presenting business opportunities. Being customer friendly will turn your business into one that others envy!
