Clean up on the Highway!

If cigarette butts were dollar bills we would be rich right now!

This past Saturday was our firs Highway clean up for the 2 stretches of Highway we recently adopted.  Carpentersville Rotary members in addition to 2 wonderful volunteers took time out of their Saturday morning to dodge traffic, bare the elements and clean a highway.  We picked up trash ranging from car parts, rebar, broken glass, paper cups, wrappers, and of course cigarette butts. Just a little way in trying to do our part in keeping this community clean!
