During our first meeting in October we were lucky enough to have the 66th District State Representative Mike Tryon speak to our club about the current state of the Illinois Government. Through his first hand experience Mike was able give us a great picture of the latest happening at the state government level and described some of the concerns us as resident should consider or possibly be worried about.

As a former Rotarian from a local near by club and a obvious deep passion for the good of our local communities it was easy to see Mike was out to make a positive difference through his work in state government. As we all know Government work is not easy and trying to solve problems where everyone is satisfied and taken care of equally in today's society is almost impossible. But, it is always good to know that there are individuals out there like Mike who educate themselves about these problems, consider who all is affected by the decision making, and wholeheartedly tries to generate the best solution possible to positively impact everyone who is involved.

Once again we were very happy and privileged to have Mike as our guest and wish him nothing but the best in all his future endeavors. To lean more about the 66th State Rep Mike Tryon you can visit his site here.
