2014 Easter Dinner Baskets For Local Needy Families

We had another successful year distributing over 35 full Easter Dinners baskets to local families in need just in time for the Easter Holiday. With the club support and donations from all our friends and sponsors families were able to have the opportunity to provide a complete delicious Easter meal for their families. Thanks to Griselda Hernandez and Patty Birones who are social workers for the Carpentersville Police department who helped select all of the families and allowed us to utilize the village hall meeting room as our distribution place. Thank You to the ladies of our club for taking the time out to shop for and assemble each of the baskets that cash donations were made for. Without all the support and effort none of this would be possible so we do our best to make sure the work they or anyone els puts in is much appreciated. We will once again plan to do it again next year and look forward to our next opportunity.
