Joe Rosner is the Director of Best Defense of Illinois, and a nationally recognized expert on safety and self-defense. The author of “Street Smarts & Self-Defense for Children”, he is a highly regarded speaker and writer on the subject of crime prevention and self-defense for children as well as real estate and home health care professionals.
